We would like to present to you the proposed plans for a student lounge to be constructed in the newly built School of Business and Economics. This report contains all of the detailed specifications, project costs, and research for the implementation of the plans.

This report contains an excel sheet floor plan that has been designed to meet the specifications of available space within the new building. The layout of the lounge is very detailed to the exact placement of the furniture. The furniture that was chosen to suit the student needs was well thought of and all of the design elements coordinate. The proposed budget is within realistic expectations and each item chosen to furnish the room has a link to a corresponding website.

This idea and design was specifically chosen by Edinboro University students who feel that this project will enhance the overall educational experience for the business student. As you read through the report picture yourself as student, and imagine the benefits that you may gain from a comfortable study lounge area.
