First, I would like to mention that I had so much fun creating this invoice. I began this assignment by first researching many different invoice ideas and found the more modern invoices to be more of my style and what I would picture for SS Studio. I like the modern style because it has seemingly broken away from the monotonies design of original and more standard versions of invoices. I genuinely believe that the modern invoices are more colorful, fun and befitting for a designer and artistic individual.
Included in my invoice are the primary objectives and requests of the client for the website they need. This includes areas of payment schedule, ownership transfer, business contact information, and a detailed list describing all requested content and expenses for the project. I designed the invoice to look visually appealing to help promote SS Studios’ abilities, knowledge and artistic taste for design.
In addition, time spent creating and designing the various elements for the site is included in the quoted prices. In other words, these are not set prices for every client. Each client project will be evaluated and priced accordingly on the hours spent on the project. I created the invoice to be as clear and concise for the client as possible to prevent any confusion regarding individual item charges. I also added particular terms and conditions at the end concerning the uses and ownerships of all project related materials.
