Subject: The MS project revamp budget

Organize a plan of action to get the project back on track.

I am writing to inform all of the project members of the current budget situation for the human resource project in the year 2013.

I would like to first show my appreciation to the team all team members that worked extremely hard on revamping the compensation and budget plan. The process in fulfilling this project would have not been successful if it was not for each of you who participated in this project. We all know that with every success there can be a down fall or lack of success. Through our communications plan we were able to look at the budget for this new salary revamping and I believe that we remained on target. Our total budget for this group was $110,000 and $80,000 as the new salary for the revamped position. Out of the $110,000 there will be 30,000 allowed for bonuses and awards for employee performance and insurance. This $30,000 will give each area a breakdown of $7,500 to each category. I am very pleased that we successfully hit our numbers; however I noticed that some team members started to get a little overwhelmed because of the nature of this project. I do agree that we had long days and even longer nights to accomplish this task and we nailed it. I truly look forward to watching the success of our hard work in motion as we execute this project.

Sincerely,

Candaz Q. Walker
