Subject: Corporate Compliance Plan for Riordan Manufacturing

This document represents the Corporate Compliance Plan (CCP) for our organization and its subsidiaries. According to Hudspeth (1999), a compliance program is a presentation of the law applicable to an organization along with its employees, board of directors, and corporate officers. The following set strategy is intended to situate an organizational structure that will govern the implementation and operation of a corporate compliance program. The CCP is designed to detect, prevent, and correct instances of unethical activities in violation with the applicable United States federal law and the Chinese judicial system. Here at Riordan Manufacturing, the president, the board of directors, and employees at all levels, we are devoted to ensure high ethical principles and compliance with domestic and international laws.

Organization Overview

Riordan Manufacturing is a global manufacturer of plastic products, with more than 500 employees, wholly owned by Riordan Industries, a Fortune 1000 enterprise with revenues in excess of $1 billion. The company was founded in 1991 by Dr. Michael Riordan with focus on licensing its existing patents and heavy emphasis on research and development (R&D) studies.
