Statement of Work—Project Description andProject Product | To produce a designer theme wedding for two successful reality TV stars and music personalities. The wedding should reflect the high profile lifestyle of Chrissy Lampkin and Jim Jones by creating an exciting once in a lifetime experience reflective of the couples celebrity lifestyle and personal taste for luxury and style. We want to provide their families and guests with one of the most memorable wedding experiences of their lives thus far. We want to also help increase and solidify Chrissy and Jim’s careers through positive media via pictures and other forms of social media. |

Project Deliverables | The tangible output for this project is to have a fun, exciting and memorial wedding for Chrissy and Jim. * Hire a wedding planner. * Select venues for Church and reception. * Pick out wedding colors. * Mail save the dates. * Bride should dress shop. * The bridesmaids should dress shop. * The groom and his groomsmen should decide on what to wear and shop. * Pick out invitations. * The vendors should be chosen for décor, flowers and drinks, * Food and cake vendors should be chosen after tasting. * Chose live band, DJ and MC. * Select hotels along with rates. * Choose officiating ministers. * Send out invitations. * Finalize plans with vendors |

Project Objectives | The budget for the wedding is $100,000. The schedule is January 8th- September 6th. Some quality objectives for this project are taste testing for the menu and cake in order to select the items that will be served at the reception. The favors that are going to be given out at the reception, need to be assessed by the wedding planner to make sure there are no damages and if there is the wedding planner need to rectify it before the wedding |
