Executive Summary

CanGo, Inc., was founded in 1996 by CEO Elizabeth Bennett and friend Director of Marketing Andrew. CanGo a fictional Internet startup and online company located in the Hudson Valley retails the most exciting Web site for a variety of cutting edge products and services, ranging from books and videos to online gaming services. During our analysis it was noted that the company quickly became the fastest growing company in Hudson Valley with larger than expected growth over the last few years. CanGo is the "fun" place to visit on the Web; it not only delivers the trendiest games, but also has the best service in terms of product delivery and support. CanGo strives to provide their customers with the most exciting entertainment by employing the latest technology in Web site development, product innovation, and service. (CanGo, 2014) The company has been growing tremendously, and recognizes the need to expand but has undefined roles and poor dynamics and a true sense of direction. After careful examination of options at a strategic level from a business vision perspective and a thorough tactical evaluation on an operating plane involving asset, CanGo decided to hire team “A” Consulting services to review and make suggestions and provide knowledge and expertise on what the company needs to improvements on. The “A” Team will influence CanGo on what the next course of actions they should take in their company. We will review and list what will be the six biggest issues to solve for CanGo, Inc., and give recommendations that will help reduce or eliminate the issues that currently exist. .
