1-What competitive advantage(s) do you think the hair group has? What competitive strategy does the company appear to be following? Explain your choices?

Competitive advantages:

-The company took a place of business news and appeared in the headlines. It exports its products to more than 160 countries and regions. Annual income is estimated more than $ 12 billion. It is the largest manufacturer of electronic devices in China.

Competitive strategy:

-The company has a range of strategies in marketing, manufacturing and dealing with distributors, production and distribution. It has 500,000 employees and 15,000 products. The strategy includes making the most consuming electronics. The company has special departments to develop and design products. It relies on sponsors.

2-What strategic goals does Zhang have for hair? Do the company s strategies appear to be helping it reach these goals?

*Zhang has a high ambition to achieve the goals of the company. He has a competitive product, but he wants to be unique. He wants to gain recognition for its products all over the world. He wants to build the company as the first brand in China.-Yes it do.

3-How might SWOT analysis be useful to Zhang Ruimin?

Zhang used all opportunities to develop his company. He has become within the Australian League and marketing partner in the United States. Also it sponsor of the Olympic patrols. That earned him worldwide popularity.

In terms of threat Zhang faced difficulties in the poster labeled "Made in China" and he wanted to change the bad impression of the customers on the products.
