The Nadine Ngatchou Njike’s (3N) dilemma : A real life ethical case

Mrs. 3N is a well known, recognized an ambitious Cameroonian woman business owner. She runs an eponymous firm dealing with international triangular (Dubai, Douala & others if needed) affairs in retails sectors. Her firm is headquartered in her home country. She is aware of the information management soft power. In order make sure everything will take place as planned, and to be fully successful, she decided to manage and to control, without any hesitation, information she is surrounded by. Nobody really knows to which type of entrepreneur Mrs. 3N psychologically belongs.

The stakeholders map in this real ethical case is composed by many strategic actors. 1) Mrs. Nadine Ngatchou Njike herself ; in this text, she will be named Mrs. 3N, 2) her expected partner (she more or less seeks love affair with), Mr. 2M , 3) her employees, 4) her husband, kindly called Mr. T “Le titulaire”, 5) her best friend also called Nadine, she will be named Mrs. 1N for this real case ethic, and finally 6) all her family members. For sure this is a very simplified view of stakeholders map, because, one should add government, community, and so on.

The context is the following.

Firstly, to check Mr. 2M (her expected partner’s) level of loyalty, Mrs. 3N used the pillow technic by sending her best friend Mrs. 1N to try to have a sexual affair with Mr. 2M. Nobody really knows what really happened between Mrs. 1N and Mr. 2M in the Serena Hotel suite, but Mrs. 1N told to Mrs. 3N that everything went very well and that, she achieved her goal.
