I think the advantages of having a diverse workforce is it brings different ideas to the company people of different backgrounds have different ideas. And a different prospective on a subject mean seeing different ways of dealing with a subject or problem and or idea. I think having a diverse workforce gives you a kind of advantage, it enables you to have many different views, also you have age diversity you have young fresh ideas and some older modern ideas, this is an advantage in so many ways pooling ideas from every angle, you’re going to come up with a better more efficient way of dealing with issues and problem solving. If a company with only one type of idea or way of thinking that company will not go far, diversity will surpass. I think the global effect is different cultures look and views things different sometime in order to understand why someone want or needs your product you have to view it from their eyes and culture, and being in another country may give you a different prospective on a way a product is used which can only benefit you

The only way to create a life you want to have is to just do it, you are the only one that can decide this is what I want to be and this is what I want to do. And you go after that in every way you can honestly. You need values to guide you to be sure you’re going about your dream in the right way to make things happen without being negative. The only issues you should have is deciding if you are going to do things in a positive way or negative
