Introduction

This report would be divided into two parts. The first part is about two case studies investigated which are the organization of Hong Kong - Campbellton Development Limited and the foreign - Bellway PLC (Residential property developer) and Kier Group PLC (Main construction contractor) to make the comparison and the reason why their differences.

In the second part, Investigate what are the impacts incurred at the completion stage of a project. The assigned also include some related issues of concern which are fundamentals of project management, development process of a project and project monitoring including project design and site production.
