I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Every business is in a competition these days, we are in a race to get more customers and more importantly we are in a race to get information. In information age, anyone who did not know how to become faster will be left behind. To win this tight competition there is no any other way unless to prepare to win the race and what makes everything becomes faster and more convenient than two decade ago is Internet. Many people predict that within the next decade, everything will be based on Internet, from customer to customer, business to customer, or business to business. What’s important here is how to keep on track in the Internet technologies, as the technology itself revolutionized all the time and more importantly, educating ourselves on which technology provided the speed and reliability that meets the demand of our business.

II. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND

Fifteen years ago if someone wants to buy a shirt they need to drive their car out of their house to find a store. As time goes by, a new way of consumerism comes; we can order what we want by mail, and then by phone. That was twenty years ago. In recent days, by sitting in front of our computer, we can buy everything from cloths to foods, from a chair to even a house. That’s how we use Internet for our daily lives.
