Explain how different leadership styles would affect group communication in your chosen organization.

Everyone’s leadership style directly uses and impacts group or teamwork communication. If a leader is open, encouraging and motivating mentor then the organization will respond in the same manner. If the leader is distant, close minded and belittles others out in the open around others then the group will respond in the same way and the moral will be a lower standard. In my opinion a good leader will expect group communication and enforce teamwork, they are willing to take personal risks to achieve that vision, they are sensitive to protégés needs, and they also will push for extraordinary behaviors. The better a leader is at communicating and motivating the better the team will be at dedicating themselves to the task at hand and being motivated to complete the task to the best of their ability. With good communication between managers and employees, employees will clearly know the things which will be expected as a request of the manager from that communication. Most of the management problems occur because of the lack of effective communication. With proper and effective communication, chances of the misunderstanding can be minimized.

All communication is complex and multidimensional with plenty of room for conflict and misunderstandings. Leadership has been a requirement of society since the beginning of time. If a company's goal is to progress, effective leadership is the key. Leadership is a vigorous method of relationship building between individual groups. Effective leaders improve performance by assuming a level of competence and building upon existing strengths. Effective leadership is positively a necessity if a company's goal is to progress.
