IT Engineer:

They need to develop the Mobile App and a website. They also provide technical support because when the accident occurred, there will be a lot of people using the website to check the information which may leading to server breakdown. If the server breakdown, the IT team need to fix it as soon as possible.

Media Centre:

Media Centre is a department to handle the information, release the latest news through the website/App. Moreover they need to keep in touch with the Survey team and HKIA. It is because Media Centre is responsible for releasing information so they need to contact with them, to make sure the accuracy of the information. It is also convenient for the centre to get the information immediately then publish it on the internet and the mobile app.

Survey Team:

The survey team is responsible for conducting data in the accident. They need to collect the data of the casualty. Such as their names, age and status, like death, injured or non-injured.  After they finish conducting data, they have to report the data to their head of the department and get confirm from them. The purpose is also to ensure the accuracy of the information. The final step is delivering the data to the media centre.

HKIA:

If there is any emergency situation happened, HKIA will be the first one to know. So HKIA need to inform the situation and their emergency measure for media centre to release it.

Photographer:

They are in charge of taking the accident picture and deliver it to media centre therefore the public will know the situation clearly. Since the journalist cannot enter the accident venue to take picture or filming. Therefore they can get the photo from our website.
