Marionne T. Rivero is the owner of the company and also the baker of the products. Basically since the organization is just small, most of the work is being done by her. She manages the organization, does the operation, maintenance and repair of the materials in the company and the workplace planning. Miguel Rivero, Marionne’s brother, is mainly in charge of the architectural/engineering planning and design of the company. Maria Laine, her only sister handles all of the budgeting, accounting and economic justification of the company. Marionne’s youngest brother, Raphael makes sure that the construction of project management and also the general administrative services. Overall, the organization shares different facilities management functions but they also contribute to one another to make their work load easier for each other.

3. Operations Manager in a company

Operations managers are responsible firstly for the operations and the quality of the products; but this is not by far their only responsibility. They have to ensure that the standards of the business are respected by the staff. They also have to establish the prices, hire new personnel (if needed) and offer them training, analyze the consistency and quality of the products, make the inventory and manage the budget. Other responsibilities of the operations manager are the processing of deliveries, collaborating with the suppliers concerning orders and making sure that there are enough products on the stock. Also, when there is no one available, the manager has to operate the cash machine and work cooperatively with the staff. When there are complaints about the service or products, it is the operations manager's responsibility to make sure that the issue is solved quietly and quickly, so it doesn't affect the business.
