The purpose of this report is to analyze the market share of an Ari Reed company from 2010 to 2012 in five countries. The Ari Reed is a UK based company manufacturing electric actuators, solenoid valves, pneumatic elements and gas pressure regulators for more than 20 years. As a Sales Manager of the company I was asked by Supervisory Board to summarize and write the report on the market share by Ari Reed from 2010 to 2012 in the Slovak Republic, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Russia and Belarus. This report is written for the Board of Directors and is based on the market share from bar chart and analysis provided by Finance Department.
