The two myths that I am going to talk about are the Navajo and Inca’s myth. In the beginning the world laid in darkness and was empty like it was in the Bible “King James Version 1st Chapter of Genesis V. 2”. The Navajos were the first man, woman, salt woman, fire god, coyote and Begochiddy, who is the child of the sun. These were the six beings that were in existence first. Begochiddy went on to create four mountains for his people each one was in different parts of the world, one in the east that was white, one in the south that was blue, one in the south that was yellow, and the one in the north that was black. The water monster notice that his son was missing he so angry that he caused a flood in the third world where they are living. Begochiddy found a place for him and his creations to escape from the flood waters, but by the time he coyote give the son back it was too late they world was flooded. He was the one who created the moon, sun and the stars in the sky. Begochiddy taught the men and the women on how to live in their new surroundings. He taught the men on to how plant different foods for them to eat. They live happily ever after.

The creator of the Incas who was Pachacamac was very lonely, so he created the stars, planets, and the moon. The moon he created was a beautiful sight, he then falls in love and marries the beautiful moon Pachamama, and they both rule everything together. He then made the first human out of stone from the mountain side. The humans that he created did not know how to care for themselves they were pitiful. The children that had were a boy and girl. They sent them out in the new world to teach the humans on how to take of themselves. The children themselves spread their father’s message of how he will keep them with light and warmth for as long as they don’t forget about him. The son was named Inca he was the first Inca...
