|Key Challenges: TargMart is one of the most reputed retail chains in Australia. Currently the employees can check their schedule or |

|attendance through a web-based portal. This web-based portal has several loopholes and an alternative solution needs to be provided. |

|Following are the concerns that has popped up from this system and needs to be addressed: |

|The attendance of the employees is being maintained manually which requires lot of paperwork and then it is fed into the portal. Hence the|

|process is really gruesome, time consuming and prone to mistakes. |

|Everyday employees face ample issues with the inaccurate information recorded in the system due to erroneous nature of this manual entry |

|system. |
