INTRODUCTION

This course is designed to teach the basic principles of Marketing to students of computer sciences.

This course is designed to provide you the foundations of Marketing whether you intend to work in field of the marketing or not. Marketing is part of all of our lives and touches us in some way every day. To be successful each you need to be able to market your software to the right targeted consumers. You will learn how to capture consumer value and deliver them your service effectively.  The best way to achieve this objective is to develop sound marketing concepts

Marketing is crucial to business success.

Objectives:

* To introduce CS students to the principals of marketing and how to implement them during marketing of software.

* To teach CS students the art of not only marketing their product or service but to be able to market themselves as well to potential employers.
