Due to the increasing of the popularity and availability of Internet, there are many traditional small business have to change their business type to the digital market, so only can attract more customers and make profit. However, digital market and traditional market are totally different. Digital market is a market of buying, selling, or exchanging of products, services or information through Internet, without using any documents and paper. For example, Lelong.com.my, eBay.com.my, zalora.com.my, Facebook, YouTube and so on. There are no guarantees for purchase the products online until the product is on your hand. They are selling as online products that are all intangible. For the traditional market is a market of buying, selling, or exchanging products, services or information through face to face to customers. Tradition market can use many methods include printing advertisements, such as newspaper printing ads, leaflets. Other type of tradition market are television, radio or yellow pages. In the traditional market, the people are generally higher age and low level of education, so that make them difficult competition with the new generation, digital market.
