Situation:
A dispute is going on between the world-famous theme park “Disney Land” and stakeholders who are supporting a developer’s plan to build affordable housing in a land next to Disney Land that is reserved for tourism-related activities or for Disney’s expansion in the area where housing is very expensive, a plan that Disney opposed. Disney land is rejecting to act in a socially responsible way towards it stakeholders as it is not considering their interest of having affordable housing near the place in which they work.
