Executive Summary

This report provides a brief yet comprehensive understanding towards organisation culture from various perspectives. In the era of globalisation and emerging markets, this ever-changing environment has caused organisations and leaders look further and deeper into this context. This topic now requires more attention than it did few decades ago and in order to survive or thrive among other organisations, they have to adapt and learn to sustain in this playing field. The research on this report will include several important findings on organisational culture and its related aspects that contribute to creating a successful organisation.

The main findings from this report give focus and define the concept of culture and values within organisations. It will also reveal the importance of having the right culture and core values for different types of firms and sectors as an introduction. Analysis on culture strength and adaptability will provide a deeper insight on how strong and weak culture will affects organisation performance in different timeframes and conditions.
