Abstract: Technology changed the human lifestyle. Technology made huge impact on the human mind to think about new ideas. How new ideas influence on the industry. Technology changes with time and we have to follow the new technology for our industry. Mechanized technology helps us to generate better products. It is the demand of modern world to adopt new methods which is helpful for our industry. First of all, the technology which we implemented in our industry should be known by everyone. Employees should have proper knowledge about technology and their training must be done before using this. The organization’s survival depends upon their employees, the abilities they have, skills they have to achieve operational effectiveness. A team of Carnegie Mellon University (SEI) made research on survivability of organization. To evaluate effectiveness and survivability of industry, there are few key roles which are interlinked like constraints and risk to achieve critical operational capabilities. Further we will highlight the main aspect of this topic.

Introduction: Survivability is the ability to resist against the opposite forces. With aspect to engineering, it has to handle the disturbance rather it’s man-made or natural e.g. nuclear electromagnetic pulse from the detonation of a nuclear weapon. Survivability analysis is used to solve non practical issues. Command automation system is practical example of survivability analysis framework. The use of software technology is increasing rapidly. To manage operational effectiveness, highly trained employees needed to perform the job. They successfully handle the organizations mission and decisions. Failure arises when employees are not aware of new technology. They are responsible for the misuse of technology or lack of trainee education.
