Toman fish marinated with light soya sauce, pepper, potato starch, see how many servings and judge the amount of water needed, boil water then put tomato and veg, boil again, then fish till boil.

10. 烘chickenwing: clean with salt n water n put salt n drain, no need oil, 5min each side.
