CHAPTER 2

1) In my opinion Fluzzle Tube is an amazing idea. Tubing is very popular attraction in summer time. Many people visit lakes or beaches or even have their own pools. All of them are using one of those single inflatable toys. With this idea of multiple connection many people will buy Fluzzle Tube. I think Whitehead and De Arkos’s idea will stand out.

2) If I were in their position, I would continue their business with tubing. I would think of “what else can I build that will swim”, like inflatable slides or even inflatable world.

CHAPTER 4

1) If I were in Rappaport and Harrison’s situation I would think what else I could do to write music. What other subjects I can use to write lyrics. Also, in my opinion, they think too much of this idea, they think over their heads. I don’t think that this idea can go globally, maybe only in North America.

2) Flocabulary’s problem is not only the wrong target market, but also too few products. They should sell their products to college students not schools. I think schools already have a lot of programs where students get help with their education. And because of Flocabulary is brand new, many teachers would think of this as cheating. And finally as I already said too few products.

CHAPTER 6

1) It depends on what their motives are. If they measure success on the basis of the ability to raise money, then this merger would be a good move. However, it looks like their “marriage” was born out of financial desperation. In my opinion is the big risk to partner. They could both sink, or they could find a better solution and stand out and grow.

2) The biggest barrier I think would be transport. They can contact each other in different continents and time zone, of course, its 21-century. But transfer their products would be a small issue. It would take time but more importantly money. They would spend more money than develop the product.
