Subject: E-mail and Text Message Policy and Procedure Reminder

Dear Davis Allen and Booth Employees:

In a continuing effort to improve the efficiency of our processes and ensure compliance with company policy on E-mail and Text Messaging procedures we would like to send out this friendly reminder.

Overview:

Davis Allen and Booth Employees that have been provided electronic communication tools such as e-mail and text messaging devices are allowed this access primarily for business communications. The following guidelines are intended to provide DAB employees with general examples of what is considered acceptable use of messaging tools throughout the company

Employees are prohibited from using E-mail and Text Messaging for the following purposes:

* Sending and receiving messages related to personal business practices

* Use of profane and abusive language in messages

* Sending discriminatory messages in regards to sexual orientation, race, nationality, or gender

Electronic Monitoring:

* Davis Allen and Booth reserve the right to monitor electronic communication via e-mail and text messaging.

* Electronic correspondence created and sent on Davis Allen and Booth network servers are those of the company and can be disclosed to third parties such as law enforcement without the employees consent.

The entire policy and procedures on e-mail and text messaging communications can be accessed on the companies Intranet. All employees must read and sign the acknowledgement agreement by January 15, 2013.
