This book was written to help those who desire to shed weight in a short time period. It targets those who want to lose 25 pounds are less. Who doesn’t want to give three weeks to look and feel better than ever? You are guaranteed results when following the simple plan. This is Dr Ian latest weight loss novel. His first was Fat Smash Diet.

Extreme Fat Smash Diet has everything needed to remove weight. It’s not a fad diet. Years of scientific research has made this diet a magnet for weight loss.
