Analysis of Solution

Whenever you are in a leadership role, change is inevitable. I have chosen two companies to use such as Cingular and Sprint Wireless. These companies have issues with providing network coverage to all of their customers in different regions. The concepts that are displayed in this paper included leadership values and communications through the company’s structural framework.

It has been brought to the attention of many wireless companies that depending on where you reside, this can determine as to where you’re best reception will derive from in the area network. If a customer resides in regions such as Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, then Cingular has more towers in these areas for better reception. But if you live in regions such as California, Nevada, Northern New Jersey and New York City they do not cover those areas very well, but we can find that Sprint would be the #1 carrier with more towers in these areas, unless you want to use Cingular for only data services.

Both company leaders seem to value their customers concerns and immediately added attention to their quality of wireless networks before customers drop them and change carrier. It seems like customers did not really complain about drop calls until Cingular began spreading the word that its network has the fewest drop calls. The commercial Cingular provided actually raised a lot of tension between carriers, and customer became more concerned about plans, monthly fees, and calls that could not be completed.

Then the leaders of the company tried to look into the structural framework of their network. They saw that the structural framework in an effective leadership situation, the leaders had to have a social architect and a leadership style that included analysis and design.
