These days almost anyone can be a boss at a job. However,
not everyone can be a vigorous and efficient leader. One woman
that comes to mind when I hear the phrase strong and effective
leader, her name is Rhonda Hendrix. Mrs. Rhonda has been
climbing the bank ladder for many years. Like me, she started off
as a bank teller and over time she has become one of the most
valuable employees due to her leadership skills.
One of Mrs. Rhonda's leadership skills includes
influencing. Influencing is when Mrs. Rhonda communicates with
other followers within the bank about ideas regarding improving
the bank's performance and customer service. She then inspires
the members to support and apply the ideas through change.
What makes Mrs. Rhonda such a great leader is that she
is always seeking input from all of the employees at the bank.
Employees and the citizens of the community trust Mrs. Rhonda

every corner. Working for Rhonda, she never made excuses when

the drawing table to come up with new ideas to fix the problem. It
goes back to being trustworthy.

young adult, which in returned made me feel appreciated. To this
day and in the future, I will always look up to Mrs. Rhonda for
that she is an all-around woman I strive to become one day.
One of the many things I enjoyed while I worked for Mrs.
Rhonda was her dedication to implementing a performance
management meeting with her employees. Performance
management is a continuing process that measures the
performance of a particular strategic goal that an employee needs
to meet to better...
