General Information

Company profile

* A music venue currently run by Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada, Club IT, established in 2205.

* As a club, they provide entertainment via music but also providing beverages and appetizers.

* Isn’t any IT security to ensure the data is neither safe nor backed up in case of a disaster.

Business situation

With being unable to provide menu items due to not being in stocked, ClubIT wants to ensure a much better inventory system. As stated by the owners, “…run out of the most popular menu items six different times in the last month while being way oversupplied in items that were not moving”. With that statement there are a few requested specifications that the owner want in their new inventory system. Being able to include a notification and/or automatic order that would generate when certain inventory levels are met is something that was expressed by both owners. The goal is to be able to provide software that is user friendly that both the owners can use, as they are not tech savvy, but fulfill their wishes of a notification or automatic ordering system.

Technical situation

ClubIT environment runs on an older computer with everything else including setting, serving, escorting guest, and etc. via manually. Being able to provide a proper inventory system that they’re requesting needs added equipment. ClubIT wants an inventory system that can be constantly updated by each order that’s inputted by the waitress/waiters.
