This assessment as a group work, we’ve choose the topic is Conflict in virtual team. Try to find 2 articles are talk about leadership conflict or low trust in team and show the problem. Each of them should be about bad leader-the leader is not good enough ( he is the reason lead to conflict in team, maybe he is too bosses,or don't understand employee, unfair with staffs,or he has not ability to solve conflict,and make it worse).
