Stakeholders who contributed issues ranging across all sectors of society are recorded in this Issues and Response Report (I&RR). Full record of every issue raised is available from the public participation office and is also included in Annexure 14 (Public Participation), Appendix D (Communications). Many stakeholders raised the same issue and these have been arranged into groups of similar issues. The name, affiliation and date of the commentator are also indicated. Where indicated, the affiliation of the person who raised the comment is indicated as it was at the time the comment was raised.
