Subject: Technological changes with customer ordering

As you all know there have been some complaints from our customers that they have to wait longer than they should and are having problems getting their orders correct. It is also putting a strain on our employees to try and handle the increase in customers. This is going to take teamwork and training by all the employees involved and management. There will be training sessions available for everyone to attend and we believe that by working as a team we can make this change run very smoothly.

This is a very important and urgent process that needs to be implemented timely and accurately to ensure the transaction is smooth for the customers and employees. This is something that needs to be implemented as soon as possible to ensure that all customers current and future are getting the best service possible. With the growing customer base this new technology seems to be the best way to meet the customers needs and not overwealm the employees. This software will allow customers to submit their orders via e mail to the location of their choice and pick up their order when they arrive. This will eliminate the problem of the orders being wrong for the customers with their being too many customers to deal with at one time.

This change will be overseen by location managers but guided and taught to them by us. This will be done in an organized manner and with training classes so that all upper management is properly trained and able to assist in training the rest of the employees. Everyone is going to be responsible for their training and the people that they are training.
