Overview:

My paper will illustrate how lack of communication and non-employee engagement can cause employee dissatisfaction in the work place. The aim of this paper is to provide a major problem within my department, which involves customer service representatives, lead representatives, supervisors, managers, and most important our Spanish speaking customers. This has caused the moral in the customer service department to go down. I will conclude the paper with some suggestions to improve the communication internal and external along with some good things that are done within the company. I think if incorporated into our department, it will help boost employee engagement and increase job satisfaction.

Introduction:

I work currently employed with World Omni Financial Corp. (World Omni), headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Fla., is a diversified financial services company. It provides a broad range of financial products and services to consumers, dealers, and lenders.
