We were extremely grateful and remained indebted to our guide Mr.  Crizalde R. Malaque, MIT, for being a source of inspiration and for his constant support in the Design, Implementation and Evaluation of the project. We were thankful for his constant constructive criticism and invaluable suggestions, which benefited us a lot while developing the project on “e library management system proposal”. He had been a constant source of inspiration and motivation for hard work. He had been very cooperative throughout this project work. Through this column, it would be our utmost pleasure to express our warm thanks to him for his encouragement, cooperation and consent without which we mightn’t be able to accomplish this project.

We would also like to thank Yolanda O. Sanchez, MAT-PE, our campus librarian, for providing us some data on the present procedure of the college library and Mrs. Ledita Aguhob, our college library aide, for helping us in gathering information about the present process and transaction of the college library and the respondents in Surigao del Sur State University-Cagwait Campus, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur.
