Executive Summary
This report is about an insurance company Heidelberg Insurance Services (HIS) a British subsidiary of a German insurance company and specialise in the provision of insurance against possible future legal fees. The company in UK wants to expand into the field of employment law and intends to grow a new range of products designed to that would protect employers against the costs of legal fees, when cases against them are brought to employment tribunals.
In order for HIS to be able to specialize into the field of employment law a whole new training programme has to be designed so staff have the ample information and knowledge in order to be able to allow the business to develop into this field.
