This article will be the 13th editorial of a series entitled, “Discussionary Editorials Regarding Business Communication” that I will compose in an effort to explore; interpret; and discuss the importance of effective business communication and the significance of this concept.

Introduction

It is not enough for us to figure out how to translate the needs and concerns of our customers – we must also be able to articulate the feelings and opinions of our business initiatives; strategies; and missions into terms that our customers can understand; use; and respect. In the long-run, it will enhance our innovative leadership in the eyes of our customers.

The Encompassment of Business Owners and Actions to Implement Clarity

The imperative advocating of these concepts a business owner should encompass includes:

* Knowing how we feel about our business mission and strategy;

* Communicating exactly where we stand with respect to these areas (the more honest and transparent we are, the better) and;

* Deciding how we can most productively translate our message for the benefit of our customers.
