General Board Meeting

III. Welcome

* The Executive Board members welcomed all students that attended the General Board meeting.

IV. SGA Updates:

* Minutes Submissions: Megan Riordan reminded all students that SGA’s minute submissions are due on December 12th by 5 pm. She then went on to review the proper minute submission requirements. The requirements are a compilation of the agendas and minutes from both the General and Executive board meetings, all attendance sheets, and any fliers that were used to advertise the events hosted (this includes both the printed and emailed advertisements).

* SGA President’s Council Meetings (class officers only): Megan reminded the students that the next President’s Council Meeting will be held on December 4th at 5 pm in the Xavier Center Conference Room on the 2nd Floor.

* Important Events: End of the Year Party, the Woman’s College Christmas Party, and Late Night Breakfast

1. Leigh Anne discussed the End of the Year Party, which will count as the last SGA General Board meeting. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 11th at 5 pm in the Ward Dining room located in Saint Josephs Hall. It was expressed that attendance to that meeting is mandatory. Additionally Leigh Anne encouraged the students to attend the Women’s College Christmas Party on Thursday, December 13th. The Christmas Party will start at 4 pm and will be move hourly throughout three buildings. Initially, the party will begin in Conference Room 1 of Xavier, then it will move to McGuire Lounge in Saint Joseph’s Hall, and finally the event will conclude with cookies and music in the Upper Lounge of Founders Hall.

2. Megan went on to mention the Late Night Breakfast event hosted by SGA. This event will be on December 18th at 9pm in the Rose Dinning Hall. All students were...
