McBride Financial Services Security Policy

Security at McBride Financial Services can be achieved by following the listed policies below. Every one of these security policies applies to every employee at every McBride Financial Services facilities. Failure to adhere to any of the following policies can result up to termination with McBride Financial Services.

Physical Security

The Physical Security Policy at McBride Financial Services is as follows. Every entrance to all McBride Financial Services locations shall be locked at all times except for every main lobby entrance. Every employee is required to carry a security entrance card at all times when stationed at any of the locations. Levels of access will be distributed accordingly to the employee’s position at McBride Financial Services. Although each employee may have limited or restricted access to various departments, every employee has access to all of the designated emergency exits located within each of the locations. Lastly, it is required for every McBride Financial Services facility to have security cameras installed around the perimeter of every location as well as cameras installed in every hallway and server room. Any prohibited conduct at any of the organizations facilities is to be reported to the Human Resources or Security Department.

Network Security

Server Room access at every McBride Financial Services location is only available for the IT department to access. As mentioned under the Physical Security Policy, it is mandatory for all server rooms in all McBride Financial Services Locations to have a security camera installed. At very minimum, unused ports in public areas should be fire-walled and routed in such a manner as to prevent unauthorized access and observance of sensitive data.
