Leadership Assessment

Analyze the leadership style(s) of a senior executive (CEO, CFO, COO, Director, etc.) in your current or previous organization who made a positive or negative impact on you.

In my agency we have recently change management. The leadership style that my current manager possesses is charismatic leadership which is totally different from the recent manager. As a charismatic leader she is very confident in her skills and ability to make change and love to motivate and inspired her employees to do a better job. She has made a dramatic change that has impact the work environment for the best and her policy is an open door one. Many employees are glad that she has become the new manager and love her ability to help and guide them to do their work effective. Her great personality is significance to the influence over the behavior of the company. One example is one of my coworker was not doing well in her performance and she was able to change her work habit and this led to her performing better and also gave her confidence. Now the employees is focus on make sure that she perform better every day and keep the work skills that was provided to perform her work duties. She has bond with every employee by having a one on one conversation and this had led to employees trusting and being loyal to their work. This mean more people are able to ask her a question and believe that no question is too small or big, smart or dumb. This has made a complete difference in the work environment. Her values are for everyone to succeed so she lays down what is expected with the guidance. She has allowed employees the opportunity to express their feelings on how she is doing and if any things she needed to change. I believe she is very fair and have a high standard of integrity.
