Business Communication: communication used to promote a product, service, or organization; relay information within the business; or deal with legal and similar issues. It is also a means of relying between a supply chain, for example the consumer and manufacturer.( Montana, Patrick J. & Charnov, Bruce H. 2008) In business, the term communications encompasses various channels of communication, including the Internet, Print (Publications), Radio, Television, Ambient media, Outdoor, and Word of mouth. (Warwick, K, Gasson, M, Hutt, B, Goodhew, I, Kyberd, P, Schulzrinne, H and Wu, X) Business Communication is a common topic included in the curricula of Masters of Business Administration (MBA) programs of many universities. As well, many community colleges and universities offer degrees in Communications. There are many other creative methods of communication in business. The survival of a business depends on how well it communicates with all stakeholders. There are three major parts in human face to face communication which are body language, voice tonality, and words. According to the research: (Mehrabian and Ferris (1967).

• 55% of impact is determined by body language—postures, gestures, and eye contact,

• 38% by the tone of voice, and

• 7% by the content or the words used in the communication process
