Abstract

The paper will analyze the ethical dilemma faced by Antonio when an unethical situation occurs at his place of employment. The problem started when the company incurred damages from a very bad thunderstorm. Secondly, it will discuss how I would create two strategies for addressing the situation at hand using the Individualism and Utilitarian Approach. Thirdly, I will discuss the pros and cons in each strategy I have choice. Antonio will be able to weigh the pros and cons of how it will affect his co-workers. Finally, I will place myself in Antonio’s position and decide which option I would take.
