Role Play

According to Dictionary of Education explains role-playing as "an instructional technique involving a spontaneous portrayal (acting out) of a situation, condition, or circumstances by selected members of a learning group." The situation to which the person responds may be either structured or unstructured.

(Jones, et al., 1994)

Role Play can be used to predict what will happen if various strategies are employed. It is especially relevant when trying to forecast decision made by two parties who are in conflicts.

Negotiation strategies and tactics are usually analyzed as problem solving and adversarial both types of behavior have been included in negotiations in negotiations the two tends to be alternatives its is hard to commit a particular demand while also sustaining an image of flexibility although different sets of tactics can be perused at different time.
