StrengthsFinder Assessment Results
When I was reading the list of themes associated with the 34strengths of the StrengthsFinder Assessment test; the five themes listed in my assessment test results were almost exactly what I expected to find applied to me prior to taking the assessment except for “Positivity.” Even though I am in agreement with four of the five, I would like the theme “Developer” to be in place of “Positivity.” The top Five Clifton StrengthsFinder Themes listed below are sorted into four domains of leadership:

The only other theme that I felt applied to me which was not listed was “Developer” which states that people strong in the “Developer” theme recognize and cultivate the potential in others. They spot the signs of each small improvement and derive satisfaction from these improvements. (Rath & Conchie). Based on the results listed from the StrengthsFinder assessment results, below is a brief description of each of my five top strengths:
Adaptability – I am the type of person who tends to "go with the flow." I believe my lack of a personal agenda helps others come to trust that I am there to participate rather than manipulate them.
Communication – I find it easy to put my thoughts into words. I am an avid reader, have been since a little girl I guess this is why I love to write. I am a good conversationalists and I definitely try to capture the successes of others in words, and relate those words back to them in writing.
Connectedness - I do believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has a reason. I believe that I pave the road for friendship by helping strangers recognize the commonalities they have.
