Introduction:

Leaders don’t need to have extra set of qualities or behave specifically. Apart from all people need to understand the most important thing about leadership is to practice his/her own styles. You can’t pretend someone who your not, it has to be something that comes naturally within you. There is no right or wrong style to follow and so a style has to be something that works, that you practice daily and one with a value.

According to Meyers Briggs a person have various styles based on personality or behavior respectively. There is three main styles of leaders: They are

* Authoritarian/autocratic

* Participative/democratic

* Delegative/free-reign

Similarly, I took a free online test based on Meyers Briggs, that profound such results.

Quality of good leaders:

Good leaders must have good knowledge of those three styles as mentioned in every situation regardless of their natural style. Poor leaders will only stick to his/her own style and not adapt to different situations and these people have less value than others who follow those three styles. Regardless of that style, a leader’s should reward to motivate or penalize to frighten.

While leadership is mostly about behavior, that behavior will never be unlike from others’ without the skill to act on new concepts. A leader’s quick thinking and decision making strategy is the only idea that makes him/her vulnerable to others. Thus, he/she will achieve great success because people will believe and respect his/her moral values.

The first thing I learn about leader is to pretend something that I am not.  Always be the example and mobilized...
