1. The tile should have no large fonts and must follow APA format, see sample.

2. There should be a statement at the bottom of the title page stating “ This report is submitted as partial requirement for History of Balance Sheet Analysis of Pakistani Campanies to Dr Farooq Chaudhry

a. Check spellings of all names. Specially check that the name of the recipient of report is spelled correctly.

3. Table of Contents: must use the MSWord (or other word processing software package) Macro or built- in functionality to prepare table of contents.

a. All major heading should be listed in table of contents

b. All tables attached at the end must have a table number and a brief description and must be referenced.

c. All Exhibits and figures in the appendix must be properly formatted and numbered, titled and referenced.

4. Document organization :

a. Line spacing must be as per APA format, see sample.

b. Spacing between sections and sub-sections should be the same. No extra space is needed

c. There must be no pages half blank unless absolutely critical to the layout of the page i.e. do not keep staring every section on a new page leaving too many blank spaces.

d. Try to organize parts of tables or graphs in such a manner that you do not have too many blank spaces. Re-scale the figures if necessary to make them fit on a page.

e. Use only black ink (no shades of gray) for printing the body of the paper. You may use color printing of graphs if essential. You can use different colors to identify different variables with different colors in graphs, if you so desire. I am sure you are used to colorful reports for other subjects, but please avoid too many colors in may class.

f. ORPAN Headings: The last line of any page must never be a heading. There must be at least two rows of text description below a heading or a subheading. Otherwise use...
