Synergetic Solutions Report

Every business must encounter and adapt to change at some point during its lifetime. The following report analyzes the effects of an evolving organization through a virtual simulation. Change could be driven internally or externally. The company’s response to change quickly and its ability to overcome resistance will result in the overall success.A successful business is only as successful as its leaders, as well as its ability to communicate. Communication is key to success, whether it is inside the organization itself or between the organization and its consumers. The leadership style of any organization can affect its ability to effectively communication, both inside and outside the walls of the company itself.

The Challenge for Synergetic Solutions Inc.

Synergetic Solutions Inc. is a $6 million company focusing on system integration, the assembling and reselling leading computer brands. The company has 300 employees, most of which are sales and service primarily, working in five locations along the East Coast. However, most employees in this organization possess only basic computer assembling and troubleshooting skills. There are a few higher skilled individuals who operate as specialists within the organization.

Harold Redd, the CEO, has issued a major challenge to build a bigger stronger Synergetic Solutions within the technology industry. He has decided to focus on the networking solutions business and raise these revenues to 80% of total sales. He has set specific growth targets for each quarter, measuring employee involvement such as productivity and absenteeism. In order to manage the change, three things must be considered:
