Abstract
Within this paper I will discuss how communication has been utilized with an organization that I was a part of. I will also share how the differences in gender and culture affected the process of communication with coworkers, managers, and even patients. The organization that I will be focusing on is called Lakeside Behavioral Center, which is located in Orlando, Florida. I was a certified pharmacy technician and interacted with various people on a daily basis. With that being said communication and how it was applied and to whom it was used with made an impact.
