Day that changed my life

My life began June 6, 2010; the day I found out I was pregnant. That day when I found out I was going to be a mother was one of the happiest yet scariest days of my life. I never thought that I would have kids until I was older and more stable, but three years later I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I never thought I would be a good mother because of the way I was brought up. My mother was a drug addict and my father was never home, do to his job. My whole life I was always told that I wouldn’t amount to anything. Well I believe it is safe to say that I am doing very well for myself. I have two beautiful boys and a wonderful husband.

February 11, 2010 I went into labor. Cody my husband came rushing home from work to take me to the doctor. When we got there, they hooked me up to the machines to check my contractions. About 3 hours later they came back in to check my progress but nothing had changed my contractions were as strong as a women in labor would be, but I was not dilating. So they sent me home. The next day we ended up back at the hospital, even though nothing had changed and was not changing they kept me over night to monitor me and then sent me home the next moring. My doctor asked me to come back in 5 days so that he could se where I was at.

On that Thursday I went into my Doctors office so that he could check to see if anything was different, and in 5 days I had only dilated half of a centimeter more than what I was at on Saturday morning when they released me from the Hospital. My doctor asked me to come back in one week or sooner if something had changed. By the time I went back in for my check up still nothing had changed so he told me to come back later that day.

On Thursday February 25 my Doctor told me to come back at 9:30 that night so that he could induce me. When we got to the hospital that night the doctor came in induced me and told me that by 8:30...
