Introduction

Club IT is rapidly approaching possibilities of greater potential and growth. After further evaluating the operations and clientele outlines of the club, a series of recommended upgrades are available to enhance management capabilities. With the incorporation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM) software, Club IT should be able to dramatically improve marketing, sales, and client and employee relations.

Resources and Opportunities

Currently, Club IT’s website showcases available merchandise for purchase as well as a 10% member discount. The club’s menu is available for viewing along with a brief layout of the club’s calendar. Advance ticket purchase is available for special Friday and Saturday night events.

Ruben and Lisa have the potential to expand customer and employee relations by allowing the purchase of event tickets and merchandise online. Pairing this opportunity with a more detailed and interactive calendar, Ruben and Lisa will generate more revenue and enhance customer repo ire.

To expand e-commerce, Ruben and Lisa can offer an online membership portal for clients, showcase employee and event photographs and promote a community and interactive atmosphere. Installing state-of-the-art ATM machines inside the club will provide another advantage. Implementing a streamlined B2B commerce system will improve food and beverage operations and maintain a consistent inventory.

IT Solutions: ERP

An ERP system will assist with several major internal business functions. Financial and accounting, sales and marketing, human resources, and production processes will all provide Club IT with a more thorough business plan.
