1. The Organization - AUT/ STTU AUT is a direct selling business that utilises its own online social network platform as a sales and marketing platform for its products. The social network platform, STTU.com, provides AUT with the opportunity to combine traditional network marketing principles with the power of social media to expand its business and create business opportunities for its members. Upon purchasing a package and becoming an AUT member, members are encouraged to purchase AUT’s products to generate Business Volume (BV) as all products have an associated BV point attached. Sales are produced through direct purchase of products and services from AUT’s list of products. On the accumulated BV from the purchases of AUT’s products, members are entitled to a commission payout according to AUT’s compensation plan. There are several products by which an AUT member could purchase or sell in order to earn BVs. These products are classified under the following categories; Nutritional products such as health supplements, Skin Care products such as Hydration and Whitening series, Holiday and Vacation Packages for members who are interested to obtain vouchers for hotels and cruises at a discounted prices, Internal training sessions by Motivational speakers such as JC whereby the training is translated to 7 different languages to cater to the members from other parts of the world, Educational Online programs such as OD Training program conducted by trainers who delegates through a course of lectures, discussion of learning, full coaching and 24 exercises to develop incisive skills and techniques that empower the student to influence, motivate and communicate persuasively and powerfully. At the time of registration in STTU, new users will receive a free membership or position in AUT.
